Amber Conroe, RN, BSN-Graduate Clinical Intern (Beginning August 2024)
I am a graduate student at Walden University working towards becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I currently hold a Bachelors degree of Science with Immaculata University in Nursing and an Associates of Science degree with Delaware Technical and Community College, also in Nursing. Psychiatric nursing has always been a passion of mine to pursue. Furthering my education and background is thus fundamental in the process of becoming a well-rounded and experienced practitioner, a goal that I seek to achieve during my time here at Hope Rising Health Services, LLC.
Treatment Approach
Effective communication is key and essential in building rapport and developing therapeutic relationships by creating stronger, more satisfying relationships where everyone feels heard and understood. My goal is and has always been to advocate for my clients to the fullest of my ability. As such, I strive to do my best at providing optimal care to an underserved psychiatric population.
“One day, in retrospect, the years of struggle will strike you as the most beautiful.”
