I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern currently completing my Master’s degree at Neumann University. My journey into mental health care is driven by a deep commitment to client well-being through the blending of academic rigor with practical, compassionate support.
Treatment Approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and reshape negative thought patterns to foster lasting change. In addition to CBT, I have specialized training in:
• Trauma-Informed Care: Creating safe, supportive environments that acknowledge the impact of past experiences.
• Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate, stabilizing support during critical moments.
• Family Systems: Understanding individuals within the context of their relationships and family dynamics.
Prior to entering the clinical field, I spent over 15 years in professional management, specializing in educational operations and data management. This background allows me to bring a unique, detail-oriented perspective to treatment planning and collaborative care. I combine high-level organizational expertise with genuine empathy, ensuring that every aspect of a client’s care is managed with precision and heart.
