Rates for Licensed Clinicians (telehealth and in-office)
$160 per 50-75 min. initial therapy intake (individual, couples or family)
$140 per 45-55 min. individual therapy session
$150 per 44-55 min. couples or family therapy session
$145 per hour for Psychological Assessment (hrs. include testing, interpretation and report writing)
$140 per 45-55 min. clinical supervision session (available in-office or online)

Rate for Graduate Interns*
$35 per 40-55 min. individual, couples, or family therapy session (telehealth or in-person)

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your specific coverage prior to your first appointment by asking the following questions to your insurance provider:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible, and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. *Copays are due at time of service*.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the $100 no show fee for your missed session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $50. Missed appointment and late cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance. Exceptions to this policy will be emergencies in the form of death, inclement weather, or unforeseen illness.
