Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and EMDR-trained therapist practicing remotely in the state of Delaware. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that we are made up of many parts—each carrying memories, experiences, and patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Therapy offers a space to slow down, grow curious about these parts, and gently uncover the stories and wounds that need healing.

Treatment Approach

I’m an attachment-oriented therapist and I specialize in supporting individuals healing from relational and childhood trauma. I have experience working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, as well as family and relational concerns. My clinical work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help process and release trauma that becomes stored in the body when overwhelming experiences exceed our nervous system’s capacity to cope.

I have a particular interest in supporting clients with chronic pain, inflammation, and vulvovaginal health concerns—areas where emotional and physical pain often intersect. I work with individuals ages 16 and up and am an LGBTQ+ affirming clinician.

Healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but reconnecting with the parts of you that have been trying to keep you safe. I’d be honored to support you in that process.

“Authentic healing happens when we stop trying to be who we think we should be and begin honoring who we actually are.”
