January 11th, 2022:
Hello to the HRHS community!
Per the reinstated Delaware mask mandate for indoor spaces, any clients engaging in therapy in the office will be required to wear a mask throughout the duration of the session. Thank you for your cooperation and partnership in keeping patrons and staff of HRHS safe!

We here at Hope Rising Health Services, LLC understand the importance and severity of the crisis the country and our local community of Newark is dealing with pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hope Rising Health Services, LLC is diligent in complying with CDC regulations that maintain the safety of our clients as well as our clinicians during this challenging period. In addition, we have increased measures regarding disinfecting all individual clinician offices along with high-touch and common areas several times daily.
Hope Rising Health Services, LLC understands the concerns our clients and clinicians alike may have and support the means in which they see fit to ensure their own safety. In an effort to continue providing the best quality care to our clients while also taking into consideration current CDC recommendations, Hope Rising Health Services, LLC will be offering teletherapy to those clients that wish to continue therapy treatment from the privacy of their residence. Additionally, we will be remaining closed to in office appointments for the foreseeable future to do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19.
Teletherapy is a service that allows practitioners and clients to continue to have therapeutic sessions through phone and/or video if and when they are not able to come to the office due to special circumstances. The service provider we are using to support this service is an online video platform called Doxy.me, which runs very similar to Face Time or Skype for those familiar with those outlets. We prefer to use Doxy.me as it is HIPAA compliant and provides a safe and secure connection for both the client and the clinician to engage in a virtual therapy session. While some insurance companies normally provide this coverage, due to the current global health crisis insurance companies are all making the move to currently cover telehealth. What that means for our clients is that your telehealth session would be billed to your insurance the same as it would be for an in-office session, and you would only be responsible for paying your normal copay/deductible amount for each virtual session.
As we work together to get through this time, it is important to remember to breathe, take care of yourselves and those around you, and to remember to focus on positive areas of our lives within our control and influence. We acknowledge and greatly appreciate your continued trust in allowing Hope Rising Health Services, LLC to support you on your therapeutic journey.
Thank you for your time and attention, and continue to stay safe and healthy, holistically.
